State police at Fogelsville charged two men with theft by deception for an incident at the Walmart store in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

Troopers allege that Matthew Kutoloski, of Allentown, and Reuben Veitch, of Walnutport, entered the store about 7:45 p.m on Tuesday, Aug. 7, and took items they did not pay for.They then attempted to return the items for money.The two were also charged with criminal conspiiracy, troopers said.
