A Coaldale man was charged after he caused a scene.

According to Summit Hill police, on July 6, at 6 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Lansford Townhouses for a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned that Joshua Bynon, 28, of 411 E. Ridge St., was having an argument with a female at the residence and that he was using foul language and being loud.He was charged with disorderly conduct.
