Two Schuylkill County residents were cited following an incident in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Brock Arner, 21, and Danielle Todd-Lee, 21, both of Andreas, were each cited for harassment following an incident in the 6800 block of Schochary Road, in Lynn Township.Troopers said the two were involved in a domestic dispute during which both struck each other. The incident occurred about 1:34 p.m. on July 25, troopers said.
