Dear Editor:

It's time for all of us to get real.It is right that all who are Guilty at Penn State of overlooking and hiding the horrors committed to the innocent young people be punished - harshly.However, not one football player, over the last 11 years was involved in this horrific crime. But who is suffering for this? The past, present and future players. They gave us their all in the field and off. They were a credit to the academic programs at Penn State as well as on the football field.Let us continue to be proud of the excellent academic program offered. Proud of the professors and all other people who made this possible. Proud of every athlete who made our hearts swell.They can erase the record books, but all of the accomplishments will not be erased in the hearts and minds of all who love and respected the body of Penn State and the Nittany Lions.God bless you.Lorraine KozekLehighton
