Jared Dotter of Kunkletown is facing charges of criminal trespass adn possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident at 11:35 p.m. July 29 in Weissport.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said the incident happened at Weissport Beverage, 434 White St.Police said Dotter entered the property and approached the rear door, after which time he was confronted by the owner of the business. Police said Dotter fled on foot and was apprehended on Franklin Street a short time after the incident took place.
