A Lansford man was cited after he trespassed.

According to Summit Hill police, on April 7, at 9:19 a.m., officers received a report of an unwanted person at a residence in Summit Hill.Upon arrival, they found Terry Phillips, 37, of 34 E. Water St.He had been warned that that he was not allowed to be at the residence but was up in the attic.He was charged with criminal trespass.
