A Summit Hill woman was arrested and charged following a dispute with borough police officers.

According to Summit Hill police, on May 9, at 10:38 p.m., officers were dispatched for the third time to 129 E. Fell St. for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police overheard Marie Caruso, 48, of the above address, yelling loudly and using profane language.The responding officer warned Caruso repeatedly to calm down but she continued her actions.She was taken into custody and charged with persistent disorderly conduct.
