An Andreas man was charged with multiple offenses after Summit Hill police found him to be in possession of drugs.

According to borough police, on March 11, at 8:12 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle without working lights above the license plate.When approaching the vehicle, police could smell the odor or marijuana. It was then learned that the driver, Samuel Tuckett, 18, of 21 Bolichs Road, had marijuana in the vehicle.He was charged with DUI, general lighting requirements, possession with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
