They were married Oct. 14, 2009.Tracy Miller, Ashland, was granted a divorce from Craig Miller, Halifax. They were married Sept. 29, 2003.Michelle Ashman, Frackville, was granted a divorce from John Ashman, Ringtown. They were married Sept. 23, 1995.Shannon Lynn Forte was granted a divorce from Anthony James Forte, both of Pine Grove. They were married April 27, 2002.Derien T. Markowicz was granted a divorce from Kassandra Markowicz, both of Pottsville. They were married Sept. 11, 2010.Hospital billRemit Corporation, Bloomsburg, filed a civil suit against Linda and Michael Jackson, of 107 Mill Drive, Tamaqua, alleging a balance is owed to the Gnaden Huetten Hospital, Lehighton, for medical treatment of Linda Jackson and supplies provided. The suit seeks a judgment for $7,741.21 plus interest and costs.Revoke ARDKathy Lee Hummel, 27, of Pottsville, was removed from the ARD program by Judge Domalakes for violating conditions fixed by the court. She now faces trial on a charge of DUI and if convicted the criminal charge stays on her record.Long probationJeffrey M. Tellez, 40, Pottsville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and drugs and was sentenced by Judge Miller to serve six months on probation in the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP), fined $2,000, pay $400 to the Substance Abuse Eduction fund, $100 to the Catastrophe fund, a $50 monthly supervision fee, complete alcohol highway safe driving school, receive outpatient treatment, make restitution of $240 to Schuylkill Medical Center, and driver's license is suspended 12 months.Also for being involved in an accident on SR901 in Norwegian Township shall pay restitution of $549 to the other motorist, Dorothy Reichert.Bank robberAlgiz Migjuel Diaz, 26, Reading, pleaded guilty to being involved in a robbing the Susquehanna Bank in Orwigsburg on Aug. 6, 2010, and was sentenced by Judge Miller to serve 15 to 30 months in a state correctional facility. He also was ordered to make restitution of $2,456 to the bank.Placed in ARDJudy Fetrow, 49, Minersville, charged with DUI of alcohol, was placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, for first offenders of non-violent crimes to allow them to work off a sentence to clear their name.Judge John E. Domalakes placed her for 12 months and ordered her to pay a $500 fee to defray cost of the program, enroll in alcohol highway safe driving school, pay $300 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, a $50 monthly supervision fee, perform 10 hours of community service, and driver's license suspended 60 days. On a summary charge of failing to given information to authorities was fined $25; and driving the wrong way on a one way roadway, fined $25 plus $100 in costs.
