A Schuylkill County man has been charged with criminal mischief for an incident that occurred on Monday, July 23, between 3:30-3:45 p.m.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Ryan Christopoher O'Donnell, of Tower City, was charged with throwing a rock and breaking the rear window on a 2004 Kia Sorento while it was parked at 301 E. Colliery Ave., in Tower City. The vehicle is owned by Sheila Snyder, of Tower City, troopers said.
