State police at Lehighton reported on citations issued by troopers.

On July 19 about 11:50 a.m. at the intersection of SR895 and Cedar St., in Bowmanstown, Andrew J. White, 44, of Bowmanstown, became angry at PennDOT workers, who were performing road work at that location, due to stopped traffic.White stopped his vehicle abruptly causing a traffic hazard and allegedly proceeded to yell and threatened several PennDOT employees.Upon driving through the work area a second time White then pulled his vehicle over and became engaged in a verbal argument with the PennDOT foreman, troopers said.Troopers cited White for disorderly conduct.On July 18 about 6 p.m. at 212 White St., Weissport, Randy Ozzy-Gordan Smith, 19, of that address, and Derek William Walck, 19, of Lake Drive, Lehighton, engaged in a physical altercation. Troopers said charges of disorderly conduct is pending against the two.On Saturday, July 21, about 8:25 p.m., on the sidewalk outside of 318 S. First St., Lehighton, Shawn Patrick Latshaw, 40, of Palmerton, and Kim Kershner, 46, of Lehighton, engaged in a fight as troopers were in the area on another matter. Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
