Concert held at train station

ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS The Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce held a free concert Thursday evening outside the Tamaqua Train Station. Performing the blues were be Steve Brosky and Jimmy Meyers. Both have shared the stage with B.B. King, Leon Russell, Bo Diddley, Dan Hicks, David Alan Coe, Robert Hazzard and Brosky has shared the stage with Al Stewart, The Beach Boys, Johnny Winter, Warren Zevon and Jimmy with the likes of Zakk Wylde, G.E. Smith, Liberty DeVitto and South Side Johnny. The concert was sponsored by Air Products. The Chamber's next free concert at the station is scheduled Thursday, August 2 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be feature Lizard Creek, sponsored by John and Carolyn Suzadail.
