State police at Lehighton are investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred in Carbon County.

Troopers said Brandon Kenney, 22, of Freeland, and Courtney Turner, 22, of Plains, both Luzerne County, were at the East Penn Boat Launch, in East Penn Township, about 7:17 p.m. on July 7 when four unknown persons stole a kayak and exposed their naked bodies to the two victims.Troopers said the suspects are still being identified and the investigation is continuing.
