An incident at Beltzville State Park in Towamensing Township, Carbon County, has resulted in the arrest of a Montgomery County resident.

State police at Lehighton said Neftaly Santana, 18, of Norristown, has been charged with aggravated indecent assault.Troopers said Santana was allegedly seen committing an indecent assault on a 13-year-old Norristown resident about 1:33 p.m. on June 30. Troopers noted the charge is based on the victims' age, not consent.
