A Monroe County woman has been cited in a custody dispute incident.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 4:59 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, they were dispatched to 5362 Lotus Terrace, A Pocono Country Place, for a custody dispute.Police said that the child's aunt, Tricia Cox, 42, of Tobyhanna, refused to relinquish custody of the child to the father. Cox was placed under arrest without incident.She was charged with interferring with the custody of a child and disorderly conduct.
