Reservations must be made by Aug. 1. If you have any questions, you may contact Sellers.The next meeting of the planning committee will be Tuesday, July 24, at 6:30 p.m. at the district administration building, Centre Ave.Clothing driveSt. John's Lutheran Church, South Ave., has begun collecting clothing for the annual clothing collection/give away project.The church will be accepting the clothing from today until Friday, Aug. 10. Collection times are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Wednesday evenings, 6 to 8 p.m. The give away will be Thursday, Aug. 2 to Saturday, Aug. 18. On the agenda is the upcoming football program advertising sales, as well as other fundraisers.The Touchdown Club is the fundraising booster club for the Jim Thorpe high school football program serving children from seventh to 12 grade. If you have a child interested in playing football or plays football, please try and come. All are welcome.
