Seladones, 51, of 129 Walnut St., Tuscarora, Schuylkill Township, was found guilty by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin of a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol in a trial without a jury. Sentence was deferred to Thursday, August 16 as the court ordered a presentence investigative report prepared by the adult probation department.Seladones was cited by Port Carbon Chief Jon J. Bowman, when stopped on Feb. 23, 2011, at the intersection of Coal and Pike streets in Port Carbon.Treasurer's reportCounty Treasurer Jacqueline Russell reported the financial status of the county for the month of May.The beginning balance of all accounts was $47,315,579.04, deposits during the month, $21,3754,595.81; disbursements during the month, $11,366,835.36; leaving an ending balance of $57,323,339.49.Taxes collected during the month, real estate $11,990,925.41, funded debt tax $588,101.35, and per capita tax $108,598.69.
