                At least one person was injured Friday afternoon after a van took a wild ride across a lawn in Towamensing Township.
                The incident occurred at 3:30 p.m. when the driver of a mini van, traveling north on Hickory Road, lost control. The vehicle left the right berm, traveled down a steep grass embankment and continued on several hundred feet across a lawn before ending up in a clump of trees.The Palmerton ambulance transferred at least one victim to an area hospital. State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident.
