The new road over the Broad Mountain has cost Carbon County $31,819.34 for labor, machinery, etc. The matter has been referred to the State Highway officials to decide whether it is a state or a county road. If a county road, Carbon pays the expenses of keeping it up. If otherwise, the state will pay.
