Two Summit Hill residents were cited for disorderly conduct in two separate incidents in Summit Hill.

The first incident occurred at 1:31 a.m., on April 23. Officers received a report of loud music coming from a residence at 39 W. Walter St. Upon arrival they tried to confront Lawrence Mustacchio, 53, of the above residence about the loud music but he refused to answer the door.On May 17, at 5:14 p.m., police received a report of a disturbance at 243 E. Hazard St. Upon arrival, they learned that the resident of the home, Frank Melnick, 28, was causing a disturbance.
