A domestic incident has led to one participant being charged.

State police at Fern Ridge said on Friday, June 15, about 9:32 p.m. troopers responded to 231 Cherry Hill Lane, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a domestic incident.On scene troopers learned that Kim Marie Roselli and Salvatore Santana, were involved in a verbal argument over their children being upstairs in the house.During the argument Santana allegedly choked Roselli causing her to fall on the ground sustaining a minor cut to her left hand.Troopers cited Santana for harassment.
