Members of the Tamaqua Volunteers community initiative group are encouraging residents affected by graffiti to wash it away right away. "The less time the graffiti is on display, the better," said Andrew Leibenguth, president. "Don't give them time to gloat or brag to others about it." He added that graffiti remover is sold at most hardware and box stores.
