State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an act of criminal mischief at a Carbon County location.

Troopers said the incident occurred at the property of Ronaldo Palabay, 37, of 45 W. Cherokee Trail, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township. Unknown persons damaged Palabay's wooden windmill and a window shutter with a rock. The incident was reported about 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 2.
