Tamaqua Lions Club workers flip chickens Saturday afternoon at Tamaqua Community Park. Workers served up between 550 to 600 chickens during the popular annual fund raiser. The full-course dinner also included baked potato, dessert and a side serving of something that was neither coleslaw nor pepper cabbage, but a special sweet-and-sour dish called pepper slaw.
