Emergency personnel were called to SR209, near the Walker Township line, in Schuylkill Township just before 8 a.m. today after a box truck and sedan crashed into each other. The incident involved a grey Subaru Impreza and a white box truck owned by Bradley Caldwell Incorporated of Hazleton. The Subaru sustained major damage, while the box truck only appeared to have heavy damage to its tires and rims. Responding were Tuscarora Fire Company, New England Fire Company and State Police. Firefighters and fire police directed traffic around the accident. State Police are still investigating.
