Chestnut Ridge Seniors

The Chestnut Ridge Seniors will meet on Thursday, June 14 at 11 a.m. at the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Co. They will be celebrating Father's Day, serving bean soup and playing Bingo.They ask that everyone bring a donation of a nonperishable food for Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network's food pantry.Historical societyEldred Township Historical Society is looking for donations for its Chinese auction which will be held during the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company's carnival.Those who would like to make a donation of any new items, gift certificates, etc., should contact Brenda Dorshimer at (610) 381-3895.
