A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident at the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.

State police at Frackville said Heather Ann Kessler, 26, of Mahanoy City, was cited for an incient at the This & That Kiosk, in the mall.Kessler allegedly removed a green Armor cellular phone cover from the store about 2:10 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, without paying for it. The cover is valued at $13.She was issued a summary citation.
