An Ohio driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said about 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, May 27, they stopped along SR339 at Ringtown Road, in North Union Township, to check on a driver stopped at that location.The driver was identified as Jared H. Doyle, 37, of Cardington.He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests.He was taken into custody and transported to the barracks for a breath test.The breath test revealed his blood/alcohol content was above the legal limit of .08 percent, troopers said. He will be charged.
