Registration underway for youth camp

Registration is underway for the Norm Thornburg Youth Conservation Camp for youngsters between the ages of 13-15 at the Schuylkill County Fairground, Summit Station, Thursday-Saturday, June 14-16. Sponsored by the Schuylkill County Sportsmen's Association in with the Schuylkill Conservation District, the camp focus on outdoors- and conservation-related activities, and the activities conclude with a banquet Saturday evening.

Prior to the state shoot, the Colonial Classic will be Friday and Saturday, June 9 and 10.Several thousand shooters from the United States and several foreign countries will participate in at least one of the events during the nine days.
