A vehicle stop led to a drug charge in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said Matthew Ronald Werley, 21, of Walnutport, was stopped about 10:11 p.m. on May 16 along the Stanley Hoffman Blvd., in Lehighton. At the stop Werley was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, troopers said.
