Tamaqua police have charged a 20-year-old male with theft after it was determined he took several bicycles from a home at 108 Schuylkill Ave.

Richard Sidle Jr., of 613 N. Railroad St., was also charged with receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night.The incident took place at 12:05 a.m. on May 14.The three bikes, valued at $380, were recovered.
