A Tamaqua man was arrested Friday night after he caused a scene at the Hang Loose Bar, 300 E. Broad St., Tamaqua.

Randall Scholl, 33, of 242 Columbia St., reportedly entered the establishment at 6:10 p.m. and caused a disturbance when the bartender refused him service. The refusal was based on Scholl's apparent level of intoxication. Scholl was handcuffed and transported to the police station where he spent the next several hours.He was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
