State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of jewelry from a Schuylkill County home.

Troopers said a resident of a home along Schuylkill Avenue in Shenandoah Heights, West Mahanoy Township, reported a jewelry box was removed from an upstairs bedroom. The theft occurred sometime between 4:55 and 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15.Troopers indicated there is a suspect but no arrests has been made..
