Two individuals were cited by Lehighton police and charged with harassment following an incident in the borough.

Michael A. Richardson, 19, of Bridge Street, and Jessica Davis, 18, of Ashtown Drive, received the citations following a verbal altercation which resulted in physical contact with each other, police said.The incident occurred at 116 Bridge Street on Tuesday, March 27, at 6 p.m., said police.
