Patterson St. at 8:40 a.m.; Roman Posacki, 67, of 128 W. Bertsch St., Lansford: Violation of the borough animal nuisance law for allowing a dog to run uncontrolled on March 13 at 7:30 p.m. near Water Street; Roberto Santiago, of 246 E.
