A Tamaqua man was cited twice in the past week.

Kerry Fulmer, 41, of 402 Pine St., reportedly struck Sally Hartung in the head, then fled the scene. The incident occurred at his apartment building on April 25 following a verbal altercation.He was cited for harassment.On Saturday Fulmer was at the Turkey Hill Minute Mart at 9:30 p.m. when he called police to report being assaulted. When officers arrived they found Fulmer in a highly intoxicated condition with no signs of an assault or assaulter. He became uncooperative with Patrolman Matt Houser.Houser cited Fulmer for public drunkenness.
