A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Saturday, April 28, about 2:44 a.m.

State police at Schuylkill Haven responded to 7C Frieden Manor, Wayne Township, Schuylkill Haven, for a dispute. On scene officers were told that William Frail, 38, and Rebecca Barton, 37, both of that address, were involved in an argument.Frail allegedly struck Barton in the face during the dispute. He was issued a non-traffic citation for harassment, troopers said.
