Two persons are being sought in connection with a road rage incident in which a person was assaulted. State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred along Lakeside Drive, in Sun Valley, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, about 2 p.m. on Monday, April 23.

Troopers said a 24-year-old female from Albrightsville reported following a verbal argument two females assaulted her at the above location following a road rage incident. The victim received several scratches, bruises and cuts in the incident.The two suspects were described as being in their mid-20s. The driver was skinny with blond hair, about five-feet, five-inches tall and weighing 115 pounds and the passneger about five-feet, three-inches tall, weighing about 125 pounds, with blonde hair and wearing a blue sweatshirt and jeans.The suspects were in a tan in color Oldsmobile with a dent in the side and a cracked windshield.Anyone with information concerning the two suspects or the vehicle is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.
