The body of a Monroe County woman, reported missing on Monday and last seen on Saturday, has been found.

State police at Fern Ridge said the body of Angela Mayo, 61, of Mount Pocono, was located on Tuesday within Big Pocono State Park, in Jackson Township.Her car was found in the bushes off a parking lot at the park on Monday. She failed to report for work Monday and was last seen on Saturday. Relatives and friends were contacted by troopers after her vehicle was found but no one knew where she was.Troopers said Mayo was pronounced dead at the scene by the county coroner and an autopsy is scheduled for today.The investigation into the incident is continuing and a ruling on the death is pending the autopsy results.
