Members of the Tamaqua YMCA attended the annual YMCA Breakfast of Champions fundraiser recently in the Crown Plaza Reading Hotel in Wyomissing. In addition to raising thousands of dollars for the YMCA, the function is held to highlight events throughout the year as well as various other community committments. Funds also go towards numerous youth programs and the 2012 Strong Kids Campaign. The honoree was Mike Ehlerman.
