Pleasant Valley sweeps PMW in track

Pleasant Valley pulled off a sweep in Mountain Valley Conference track, while Northwestern, Northern Lehigh and Palmerton all split Colonial League tri-meet action on Tuesday.

TRACK AND FIELDPleasant Vy.-PM WestPleasant Valley won 81.5-68.5 in girls action and 83-67 in boys.Kelecia Harris kept pace with her successfull senior season placing first in the 100 meters and 200 M dash for the Lady Bears.For Pocono Mountain West's Ramona Benitez dominated in the jumping events, taking first in the long, triple, and high jumps.In boys competition Kegan Bray kept his strong sprinting going with three first place finishes in the 100 M, 200 M, and 400M dash.
