He must reside at the New Ringgold address and not relocate without notice to the district attorney.Wensel faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on June 29, 2011, when confronted by Trooper Alyssa Becker on Lake Front Drive, Deer Lake Borough. He was out on bail awaiting trial and when he failed to show up in the county court on Feb. 2, for selecting a jury to hear his case a bench warrant was issued.Jordan M. Cavalcanti, 22, Robesonia, Berks County, had his bench warrant issued Feb. 13, dissoved by Judge Goodman and his bail reset at $5,000 percentage cash. He was must reside at 743 Chestnut Street, Reading, and not relocate without the district attorney's permission.Calvalcani was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman Gregory Meisner, on March 31, 2011. When he failed to appear in court on Feb. 12, to select a jury for his trial the bench warrant was issued.Pleads guiltyCandee E. Smith, 42, Clearwater, Fla., was removed from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program and entered a guilty plea to a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.He was sentenced by Goodman to serve 48 hours to six months in the county prison and since she had served four days was granted immediate parole. She must pay a fine of $500, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to Catastrophe fund, complete the alcohol highway safe driving school, and pay court costs. She was cited in Minersville.The court ordered she reside with her son Anthony Ballance, at 601 Lytle St., Minersville, until returning to Florida after she completes the sentence.
