A shoplifting incident at the Hometown Commons Wal Mart in Rush Township will result in charges being filed against two West Hazleton residents.

Rocio Rosario, 23, and Diana Rosario, 22, allegedly removed $124.70 and $143, respectively, in merchandise from the retail store on June 9, township police said. Both face charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy.
