Six area residents were among 29 qualified by District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon to be placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, which is reserved for first offenders who committed a non-violent crime.

At hearings held in Schuylkill County court, Senior Judge D. Michael Stine admitted them into the program and imposed conditions and if they don't violate the terms of the conditions their records will be cleared. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.All were placed for a year, unless otherwise noted:Jonathan L.
