State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 8 p.m. April 6 and 10 a.m. April 7 in Wayne Township.

The victim is Dale Gilbert Sr., 51, of Auburn.He told police someone used black spray paint to vandalize a garage door and steel siding on a building adjacent to the victim's residence at 208 Hatchet Cove in the township.
