Debra Nuttall, 47, of 44 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, was charged with public drunkenness following an incident in the area of the Tamaqua Train Station.

On April 1, at 8:20 p.m., police and ambulance personnel were dispatched to the rear of the station for a fall victim. Nuttall was the patient and was heavily intoxicated at the time.
