A Tamaqua man was cited following a disturbance at the Citizen's Fire Company, Rowe Street, Tamaqua.

Justin Miller, 21, of 109 Lafayette St., allegedly interfered with a police investigation and refused to comply with Patrolman Thomas Duarte's orders to leave the area.The incident occurred at 3:20 a.m. on Sunday. Miller was cited for disorderly conduct.
