State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an incident where two dogs were let loose from a Monroe County property.

Troopers said Shawn R. Stoll, 35, of 2500 SR115, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township, reported someone let his two dogs loose. The dogs were on chains at his property and let go sometime between 3:15 and 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 30.One dog answers to the name "Lily", and is a black one year old Shepard/Lab mix; and the other answers to "Snoopy", and is a tan 15-year-old Shepard/Lab mix.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570)-646-2271.
