Lehighton Police Department charged Eugene Sillers, 23, of 132 S. Third St., Lehighton, with unlawful possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. On Nov. 10, 2011, police were called to his residence for a suspected drug overdose. Upon receiving results of evidentiary items found at the scene, charges have been filed.
