Marx, 141 Coal St., Cumbola, BlytheTownship, had his bail set by Judge James P. Goodman at $50,000 unsecured. Marx faces burglary charges for allegedly removing a large engine from a storage garage located in Diener's Hill, East Norwegian Township, and owned by Kuperavage Coal Company.Peter Howard, Girardville, had his bail set at $10,000 unsecured by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin. He faces charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.Matthew John Dewald, 24, Pottsville, had his bail set by Judge Charles M. Miller at $500 straight cash and he must reside at 206 Harrison St., Pottsville, and shall not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages or controlled substance and secure employment. He also shall have no contact with the victim, Ashley Dudash or be on any propety owned by Strikers Pub or Strike Zone Tavern in Pottsville. Dewald faces criminal chargse of possession of a controlled substance filed by Pottsville police.
