Marx faces burglary charges for allegedly removing a large engine from a storage garage located in Diener's Hill, East Norwegian Township, and owned by Kuperavage Coal Company.Peter Howard, Girardville, had his bail set at $10,000 unsecured by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin. He faces charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.Matthew John Dewald, 24, Pottsville, had his bail set by Judge Charles M. Dewald faces criminal chargse of possession of a controlled substance filed by Pottsville police.
